Return Policy
Item must be returned within 30 day window. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Custom-made items, gift cards, and final-sale goods are not eligible for return.
Cancellation Policy
We kindle ask for a 24 hour cancellation notice for any services scheduled. If cancellation is not received within this time period, a $50 fee or 20% of service cost will be charged. *
*dependent on service being provided, this decision is ultimately up to stylist discretion.
No Call No Show Policy
If a client does not show up for their appointment and fails to notify us in advance for a service scheduled, there is a fee of $50 for a no call no show.
